These images from Charleston come from the wonderful, enchanting Le Divan Fumior Bohemien which never fails to transport one to some fascinating place. On their July 24, 09 post we visit Charleston, much loved home of members of the Bloomsbury set which I also featured in an earlier post. Images on this July 24 post included photos of the people who were a part of the time, and for readers of French (sadly not I ) some background to this interesting collection of images.

That Bloomsbury style is instantly recognizable, isn't it? I've got a book about the house and all its art and Laura Ashley produced fabrics in that style in the late 1980's.
Interesting Yolanda...somehow I never imagined Laura Ashley working with that source of inspiraton! Hey, I love your new header image on your blog...gorgeous!
